Welcome to Montgomery Energy

Since 2018 Montgomery Energy Investments has been instrumental in the development of Renewable Energy projects.

Founded by Frank Dekker and Adrian Williams, the company first concentrated on the development of solar projects in the United States.

The collaboration led to great success with Montgomery investing in various entities and projects. Which totalled more than 6GW of generating capacity. The company has now all but exited the US market and has developed an attractive portfolio of projects in Southern Italy and Sicily in particular.

Montgomery is open to collaborate with investors on co-development or co-investment in suitable projects or to exit at strategic points during the development process. We pride ourselves on professional presentation and low friction transactions.

Frank Dekker

Founder and Managing Partner

Frank Dekker

With 35 years of business experience across multiple countries and continents, Frank brings a passion for teamwork, success and a love for the outdoors to his work. A keen skier, hiker, tennis player and cyclist Frank recognizes the threat that a changing climate brings to the pursuits that make life so good. Through his investments and work he seeks to play his part in protecting what we were given for his own family and yours. Frank has built up solar development companies in the UK and the US which were successfully sold. He now focuses his time and energy on what he can do to help protect against catastrophic climate change. He sees the opportunity to help nations source a large portion of their energy from local sunshine as the biggest impact he can offer in this endeavor. As a believer that alone you can go fast, but together you can go far, Frank works with specialist investors who believe that energy independence is a keystone to the development of a stronger, cleaner world.

Adrian Williams

Motivated by a strong commitment to accelerating the energy transition, he co-founded Montgomery Energy Investments. After successfully investing in and exiting the U.S. renewable energy market, Adrian has focused on delivering high-quality, utility-scale projects in Italy. His vision is to combine commercial success with positive environmental impact. Away from work, Adrian is happiest outdoors — whether hiking, cycling, or skiing — and is driven by the belief that future generations should be able to enjoy nature as much as he does today.
